Dr. Grover began his dental career in New York City, where he gained valuable clinical and administrative experience working in multi-specialty dental practices. Drawing on that foundation, he established Simply Dental of Stamford in 2016 with a vision of providing comprehensive, patient-centered care under one roof.

For the past decade, Dr. Grover has proudly served the Stamford community. Together with his team of doctors, he is committed to delivering high-quality dental care to patients of all ages in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Grover earned his dental degree with clinical honors. He has completed both the Mini Residency and Advanced Implant Residency at Smile USA in Elizabeth, New Jersey, under the mentorship of world-renowned implant dentist Dr. Shankar Iyer. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Grover regularly attends advanced seminars and workshops to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association.

Dr. Grover has also enjoyed working closely with Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC), providing dental education to students, parents, and staff to help promote lifelong oral health.

Outside the office, Dr. Grover enjoys spending time with his wife and their beautiful five-year-old daughter. Being a dad is one of his greatest joys, and he loves making the most of weekends with his family.

Dr. Madhumietha Arumugam is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a personalized approach focused on helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. A graduate with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine's Advanced Standing Program, she brings more than 16 years of combined experience as a periodontist and general dentist in India and as a general, cosmetic, and implant dentist in Connecticut. She has proudly served the Greater Stamford community at Simply Dental of Stamford for the past five years.

Dr. Arumugam is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and has completed an AAID-recognized Implant Mini Residency  and Advanced Implant residency through Smile USA in New Jersey. She is Invisalign® and laser certified and maintains active memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).

Her unique clinical perspective stems from a three-year specialty residency in Periodontics, Implantology, and Laser Dentistry completed in India. She graduated Summa Cum Laude as a gold medalist and university topper, earning numerous academic distinctions, including the prestigious Colgate Scholarship for achieving the highest university examination scores. Prior to relocating to the United States, she served as a Clinical Associate Professor in Periodontology and has authored several publications in peer-reviewed international dental journals. She currently serves on the international review boards of multiple dental journals including The Journal of Oral Implantology- the official publication of AAID.

Dr. Arumugam's extensive training encompasses restorative and cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, implant dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, fixed and removable prosthodontics, laser dentistry, Invisalign®, and CAD-CAM restorations. By integrating her expertise in periodontal health with her passion for restorative dentistry, she delivers comprehensive care founded on the two essential pillars of long-term oral health: healthy gums and functional, beautiful teeth.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Arumugam enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction, blogging, learning new languages, exploring diverse cuisines, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and family. She is actively involved in organized dentistry and currently serves as Secretary of the Stamford Dental Society, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and community service.

Nidhi Ganatra, DMD

Dr. Ganatra earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University and has been proudly serving the Fairfield County community since 2018. Prior to moving to the United States, she completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India, where she practiced dentistry and participated in community outreach programs.

Dr. Ganatra is certified in Invisalign® and laser dentistry and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advances in dentistry to provide the highest quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment supported by modern technology and a dedicated team.

Known for her gentle and caring approach, Dr. Ganatra enjoys treating patients of all ages, from children to seniors, and strives to make every visit a positive experience.

Outside the office, she enjoys raising her two young children, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Simply Dental of Stamford opened in May 2016. Founded by Dr. Janmeet Grover, his goal is to care for families from Stamford, CT, and its surrounding communities like members of his own family. By combining skilled care and the latest technology with compassion, Simply Dental of Stamford has quickly become a precious asset in their community. We are in the Fairlawn Plaza located at 1134 East Main Street in Stamford, CT.
